You may know that an email was opened (perhaps because you received a reply), but your Live Feed or the lightning bolts in Gmail don't indicate that the email was opened.
Your campaign report will show which contacts opened your campaign, and how many total opens the campaign received.
It is surely one of the problems listed below (and if it’s not, contact us via the email address that you find at the end): 1.
Make sure you are using Google Chrome, Firefox or Opera on the computer where you installed Mail Track. The ✓✓ of Mail Track should not be inconsistent with other extensions that you might have installed on your browser, but perhaps you have discovered a case of incompatibility. If it is of your interest, send us a screenshot of your extensions tab to [email protected] explain what is going on. If it doesn’t seem to be any of these cases, don’t worry.
If you don't see a lightning bolt on the email, then the email was sent without tracking.
Note that the lightning bolt reflects the tracking status of the most recent email that you sent in that conversation.
